| 摘 要： | 本文基于电磁波理论,给出了光子穿过开关反射区的几率.由此得出了开关特征参数的解析表式,并在此基础上给出了在不同要求下计算反射区宽度d的理论公式,为光开关的设计提供了简明的理论分析方法.

| Abstract: | Based on theory of electromagnetic waves,this paper obtains photon probability oftransmitting the reflected region of a TIR switch.From this,the fomulae of optical switchcharacteristic parameters are obtained,and based on it,this paper also presents the theoretical formulafor calculating reflected region width(d)according to the different requirement,which provides a kindof concise theoretical analytic method for designing total reflection(TIR)optical waveguide switch. |
