| 摘 要： | 老年性聋又称年龄相关性听力损失(Age-related Hearing Loss, ARHL), 是老年人中普遍感觉缺陷之一. ARHL已被认为是老年人慢性残疾的第三大诱因, 这种渐进性听力障碍会导致社交孤立, 进而影响心理健康. 近年来, 越来越多的研究证明ARHL与认知功能下降有关, 也成为阿尔茨海默病(AD)发生的风险因素之一. 本文回顾了ARHL与认知障碍的相关性以及机制研究, 系统总结了改善与ARHL相关认知功能障碍的疗法.

| Abstract: | Presbycusis, also known as age-related hearing loss (ARHL), is one of the most common sensory deficits in elderly adults. ARHL has been identified as the third leading cause of chronic disability in elderly adults. It is a progressive hearing impairment that can lead to social isolation, which in turn may result in mental health. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that ARHL is associated with cognitive decline and has become one of the risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. This review summarizes the correlation and mechanism of ARHL and cognitive impairment. It also reviews the current therapieutic approaches to improve cognitive impairment associated with ARHL. |
