交联羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖吸附重金属离子的研究

摘    要:
以异丙醇为分散剂,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,在碱性介质中由一氯乙酸和魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)反应,制备了取代度为0.265和0.550的两种交联羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖(CMKGM),并将其用于吸附溶液中Cu2 、Pb2 和Cd2 。结果表明,CMKGM对3种重金属离子的吸附约在20min内达到平衡,与金属离子类型无关,吸附遵从二级动力学方程;pH对吸附量影响较大,适宜范围为5~6;吸附能较好地服从Langmuir等温吸附方程,CMKGM(DS=0.550)吸附Pb2 的最大吸附容量(Qm)为41.7mg/g,Langmuir常数(b)为0.305mg/L,均大于Cu2 和Cd2 相应值;再生后的CMKGM吸附性能好,脱吸附百分率高。

Abstract:
Two kinds of crosslinked carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan (CMKGM) with degree of substitution (DS) 0.265 and 0.550 were prepared through reaction of monochloroacetic acid (MCA) and konjac glucomannan (KGM) under the conditions of isopropyl alcohol as dispersing agent , epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent and alkaline as catalyst, and were used to adsorb Cu2 , Pb2 and Cd2 ions from the aqueous solutions. Regardless of the metal type, the adsorption capacity reached equilibrium state within 20min and adsorption followed second-order kinetic equation. There was significant effect of pH on adsorption, the appropriate pH range was 5~6. Langmuir equation could be better to describe the isothermal adsorption of three above-mentioned metal ions, the maximum adsorption capacity (Qm) and Langmuir constant (b) of CMKGM (DS=0.550) for Pb2 were 41.7mg/g and 0.305mg/L, these values were higher than those of Cu2 and Cd2 . CMKGM after regeneration has good adsorption performance and desorption percentage is high.
