The spectral problem of Poiseuille flow |

| Abstract: | For Poiseuille flow the Orr-Sommerfeld equation is solved exactly. Regular solutions are obtained, thereby eigenvalue equation can be analyzed analytically and explicitly. The bifurcation solutions will be discussed subsequently. |
