摘    要:在21世纪,毛细管电泳技术面临着新的挑战和机遇,在其检测手段,仪器的小型化和集成化,以及分离模式上都存在着极大的发展空间,文中针对这三方面的发展趋势和毛细管电泳的应用进行了讨论。

Abstract:As a high efficiency separation technique, capillary electrophoresis has been widely used in various fields of analytical science. In 21st century, CE will face new challenges. In this paper, the new trends on detection, micromachined CE system, and separation mode are discussed. Special emphasis is paid to the topics on the hyphenation of CE and mass spectrometry (CE MS), the integrated capillary electrophoresis chip (ICEC) and the capillary array electrophoresis (CAE). A discussion on the present status, the future progress of these problems and application of CE is also given (with 46 references).
