Synthesis and spectral properties of 3-furyl-4-hydroxycoumarins

3-(5-Ethoxycarbonyl-2-furyl)-4-hydroxy-6-R-7-methoxycoumarins and their 4-acyl derivatives have been synthesized. Their¹H and¹³C NMR and IR spectra, and also their absorption and fluorescence spectra, have been studied.
