摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定旋复花中槲皮素含量的方法。该方法采用ZORBAX eclipse XDB C8色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸(0.2%),体积比为65∶35,检测波长为370nm。实验结果表明,槲皮素在5.0~100.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%(n=6),平均加标回收率为97.1%。该法可用于测定旋复花中槲皮素的含量。

Abstract:A method for determining quereetin in inula by HPLC was established. The analysis was performed on ZORBAX eclipse XDB Ca column ( 150 mm ×4.6 mm ,5 μm) at the detection wave length of 370 nm. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol -0.2% phosphoric acid (volume ratio was 65:35 ) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.0 - 100.0 μ/mL of quercetin ( r = 0.999 9 ). The RSD of determination results was 1.2% ( n = 6), and the average recovery was 97.1%. The method is suitable for determination of quereetin in inula.
