本文粗略回顾了精油化学的新进展,对精油的研究方法、精油成分的合成及生源也有所论述。同时介绍了当前精油研究中常用的文献。

Progress in Essential Oil Chemistry

A brief account of recent progress of the chemistry of essential oils is presentedwith thirty references.Aside from the chemistry of essential oils in which some recent works onseveral interesting chinese floral oils have been particularly emphasized,the advances in metho-dology involved in essential oil research are discussed in detail. In addition,the biogenesis as well as the syntheses of essential oil constituents are also desc-ribed.The article ends up with a survey of current literatures extensively used by the commu-nity of essential oil scientists and technologists.
