盐酸美西律的两点滴定法和沉淀电位滴定法测定

摘    要:利用过滤和不过滤两种方式配制盐酸美西律试液,分别采用两点滴定法和沉淀电位滴定法测定了盐酸美西律片的含量.结果表明,基于两种测定方法的测定结果均处于《药典》规定的范围之内;与《药典》规定的紫外分光光度法测定结果相比,相对偏差均小于2%.而采用过滤方法配制试液的测定结果与采用不过滤方法配制试液的测定结果之间的偏差约为1%.

Abstract:Test solutions of mexiletine hydrochloride were prepared from the tablets by using filtration method and non-filtration method,respectively.The purity of mexiletine hydrochloride was determined by using double-point titration and traditional precipitation potentiometric titration,respectively.It was found that the analytical results based on the two kinds of titration methods were within the ranges specified in 《Pharmacopoeia》.Compared with the results of ultraviolet spectrophotometry prescribed in 《pharmacopoeia》,the results based on the two types of titration method showed a deviation of less than 2%.Besides,the deviation between the test solution prepared with filtration method and that prepared with non-filtration method was about 1%.
