Abstract: | We consider the following iterative equation $$ sum_{i=0}^{k}a_{i}f^{i}(x)=0, $$ where a0,…, a k are given real numbers and ? is an unknown function. Assuming some conditions on the coefficients a0,…, a k we prove that this equation has exactly one solution and that the solution depends continuously on the coefficients. |
