QCD three-jet production in large-p⊥ processes

The contribution of the hard scattering subprocess quark + quark → quark + quark + gluon to two-particle inclusive distributions at large p_⊥ is studied. It is shown to be accessible experimentally, and agrees with recent data on azimuthal distributions in the adequate kinematical region.
