Multi phonon Raman Spectra of Zn 1-x Mn xTe/ZnTe Superlattice |

| Abstract: | Abstract We measured Raman spectra of Zn 0.8 Mn 0.2 Te/ZnTe superlattice and discussed vibrational spectra of the mix crystal. The third phonon overtone has been observed on this condition that the incident photon energy approches the band gap of Zn 0.8 Mn 0.2 Te. |
