Study of the grain-boundary structure in submicrocrystalline niobium after equal-channel angular pressing

Abstract:
The method of Mössbauer emission spectroscopy on 119m Sn nuclei was used to study grain boundaries in submicrocrystalline Nb produced by the method of equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) of poly-crystalline Nb (99.9%). ECAP included 16 passes at room temperature.
