摘    要:采用溶剂热法制备了 BiPO4纳米棒,再采用沉积沉淀法在BiPO4纳米棒上沉积了不同质量比的BiOCl纳米片形成一系列的BiOCl/BiPO4复合材料.利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射和紫外可见漫反射光谱等手段对所合成的材料的物理化学性能进行了表征,并通过测试光电流、电化学阻抗、光致发光光谱等,进行光催化降解甲基橙和...
