摘    要:用盐酸–硝酸–水混合液(3∶1∶4)溶解样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钒铝合金中的铁含量。实验表明钒铝基体对铁含量测定结果无影响。选择灯电流为12.5 m A,燃气流量为2.0 L/min,燃烧头高度7.5 mm。结果表明,铁的质量浓度x在0~4 mg/L范围内与吸光度y呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.009 3x–8×10~(–5),相关系数为0.999 9。将该方法应用于两个不同样品中铁的测定,与利用YS/T 1075.1–2015标准方法所得结果基本一致,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.32%,2.83%(n=11),加标回收率为98.0%~102.0%,可满足钒铝合金中铁的检测要求。

Determination of Iron in Vanadium-Aluminum Alloy by Atomic Absorption Apectrometry
Abstract:The content of Fe in V–Al alloy was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry after the sample was dissolved in HCl–HNO3–H2O solution (3∶1∶4). It was showed that the matrix had no interference on the determination of Fe. The current was set at 12.5 mA, the flow of C2H2 was 2.0 L/min, and the height of the head was 7.5 mm. The concentration (x) of Fe had linearity with the absorbance (y) in the range of 0–4 mg/L, the linear eqation was y=0.009 3x–8×10–5 with the corelation coefficient of 0.999 9. The contents of Fe in two samples were consistent with those obtained by YS/T 1075.1–2015. The relative standard deviation of this method were 2.32%, 2.83%(n=11), respectively. The recoveries were in the range of 98.0%–102.0%. The method can meet the requirement for routine quantitative analysis of iron in vanadium–aluminum alloy.
