稀土铬酵母的制备及其铬含量研究

摘    要:研究了稀土元素La、Nd、Sm、Er的添加浓度分别为50μg·g-1、75μg·g-1、100μg·g-1和125μg·g-1时对富铬酵母中铬含量的影响 研究结果表明,稀土元素能够提高富铬酵母中的总铬和有机铬含量,当添加100μg·g-1Nd时,富铬酵母中的总铬含量和有机铬含量最高,分别为784.24μg·g-1和755.85μg·g-1,是未加稀土的富铬酵母的3倍以上

Abstract:The effects of rare earth on the contents of chromium in the chromium-rich yeast were studied. The rare earth elements chosen are La, Nd, Sm and Er. There are four contents in each element, they are 50 μg·g~(-1), 75 μg·g~(-1), 100 μg·g~(-1) and 125 μg·g~(-1). The results show that the contents of total chromium and organic chromium in the cultured rare earth chromium yeast were increased by rare earth. Both the content of total chromium and organic chromium are the highest in the yeast when Nd is added with the content of 100 μg·g~(-1), they are 784.24 μg·g~(-1)and 755.85 μg·g~(-1 ), respectively, which are three times of chromium yeast without adding rare earth in the culture medium.
