| 摘 要： | 建立了不使用标准品对我国列管范围内的32种芬太尼类物质及其前体进行快速筛查的分析方法,检测对象涵盖了联合国全部列管的25种芬太尼类物质和2种前体。可疑样品经超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS)进行快速筛选,通过准分子离子精确质量数进行定性鉴定,通过二级离子碎片进行确证。对联合国列管的全部27种受管制的芬太尼类物质及其前体进行检测,方法简单快速、定性准确,可适用于无标准品时对芬太尼类物质及其前体的检验鉴定。
