摘    要:针对水力发电机组上下机架振动测试的实际问题,讨论小波变换在水力发电机组数据采集滤波中的应用.分析研究表明,在目前的水力发电机承重机架的振动测试中,利用小波变换可有效地分离由于测试支架引起的干扰信号,提高数据的精确性.结合水力发电机组的特征,HDAI采用上位机(计算机)和下位机相结合的结构形式,实现上位机对下位机的控制,以对不同比转速的机型、不同的试验测试类型和不同的试验工况实现变时点、变频率、多种数据采集方式、多种数据保存的操作,实现水电机组承重机架轴向变形、振动及其固有频率的测试.

Abstract:Aimed at the practical problems that happened in testing the top-and bottom-frame vibration in water power sets,the application of wavelet transform in filtering the data gathered during the test was discussed.The result of subsequent analysis and investigation showed that the useful signals were extracted and the interferential signals caused by the measurement bracket were effectively eliminated,so that the data accuracy was improved.Based on the characteristics of the water power sets,a combined configuration of lower acquisition module and upper controller was applied to HDAI in order to realize the control of the former by the latter.And the variable-time,variable-frequency,and multiple data acquisition modes were also used to realize the test for the water power sets with different specific speeds and operational conditions as well as to implement different test types.Thus,the tests of axial deformation,vibration,and intrinsic frequency of load bearing bracket of the water power sets were implemented.
