微波消解–石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定84消毒剂中的痕量铅

摘    要:建立了84消毒剂中痕量铅的微波消解–石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法。84消毒液以硝酸为消解试剂,用微波消解法进行消解。用2%磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,在优化后的仪器工作条件下测定。铅的质量浓度在0~80.0ng/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.999 3,方法检出限为0.005 4 mg/kg,平均回收率为94.66%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.87%(n=6)。该方法灵敏度与准确度高,可用于84消毒剂中痕量铅的检测。

Abstract:A method for the determination of trace lead in 84 disinfectant by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established. 84 disinfectants was digested with nitric acid, and then determined by using 2%ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as matrix modifier under the optimized instrument condition. The mass concentration of lead had good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0-80.0 ng/mL(r=0.9993), the detection limit was 0.0054 mg/kg, the average recovery was 94.66% and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.87%(n=6). The method was sensitive,accurate and reliable and it can be used for the detection of trace lead in 84 disinfectant.
