摘    要:为快速、准确监测环境土壤或底泥中苯系物的含量,建立了一种顶空气相色谱法同时测定土壤或底泥中8种苯系物的方法.采用Nukol毛细管气相色谱柱实现了各组分的良好分离,优化了色谱条件,顶空进样条件.在优化条件下,8种苯系物在13 min内能实现完全分离,在10~500 μg·kg-1浓度范围内组分含量与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数为0.990 6~0.995 7,检出限为2 μg·kg-1,回收率为94%~114%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~5.2%(n=3).结果表明,建立的顶空气相色谱法简单快速,无需有机溶剂,重现性好,回收率高,适合于土壤或底泥中苯系物的测定.

Abstract:A simple, rapid, solvent-free and commercial readily-available approach for determination of 8 volatile benzene series compounds in soil or sediment samples using automatic headspace sampling and gas chromatography has been described. The chromatography condition and headspace condition were optimized. Under the optimized condition, eight volatile benzene series compounds were separated completely in 13 min by a Nukol capillary gas chromatography cotumn. The linearity of the method ranged from 10 to 500 μg kg-1 , with correlation coefficients ranging between 0. 990 6 and 0. 995 7. The detection limit was 2 μg kg-1. The recoveries of spiked benzene series compounds were 94%-114% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.4%-5.2% (n=3). It is conclu- ded that this method can be successfully applied for the determination of benzene series in soil or sediment with good reproducibility and high recovery.
