| Abstract: | A procedure was developed for preparing a carbon-silica composite by thermolysis of powdered cellulose in the presence of tetraethoxysilane. The resulting composite was studied in model processes of trimethylhydroquinone oxidation and hydrogen peroxide decomposition. |
