酶生物燃料电池自供能传感器的研究现状及应用

摘    要:在现代分析领域中,对于生物传感器的要求不断倾向于微型化和便捷化。基于酶型生物燃料电池的自供能传感器在检测目标物的同时可以提供能量,避免了外电源的使用,为生物传感器的微型化和便捷化发展提供了有效途径,日益成为人们关注的焦点。本文按照设计原理进行分类,对近五年内发展的基于酶型生物燃料电池的自供能传感器进行了综述,并展望了其今后的研究趋势和应用前景。

Abstract:Developing convenient and miniaturized sensors are highly desirable in the analysis area.Enzymatic biofuel cells-based self-powered sensors can convert chemical energy to electrical energy during sensing,resulting in no requirement for external power sources or control electronics.In this case,they have been considered as ideal candidates for the simplification and miniaturization of sensors.Here,we briefly summarize the recent advances in self-powered sensors based on enzymatic biofuel cells.In particular,the principle of sensing design has been elucidated.Furthermore,we have provided the tendency and application of this novel sensor.
