摘    要:采用萃取色层分离电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定含铀腐蚀液中Cr、Te、Sr、Ru、Rh、Ce 6种元素,腐蚀液试样中铀用HNO3转化为硝酸铀酰后,经过CL-TBP萃淋树脂分离,一次性使基体铀与待测元素分离,测定铀化合物样品中6种元素的质量分数.并对影响测定的各种因素进行了较详细的试验研究,确定了测定的最佳条件.方法平均回收率在84.8%-112.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)优于士10%.

Abstract:A method for determination of Cr,Te,Sr,Ru,Rh,and Ce in corrosive solution by ICP-AES after extraction was reported.The sample was dissolved in HNO3-HF mixture and converted to UO2(NO3)with HNO3.The Uranium was separated by TBP levextred resin chromatography.The impurity elements in aqueous phase were determined by horizontal ICP-AES.The percent recovery was from 84.8% to 112.6% and the precision was less than 10%.
