| 摘 要： | 本文在概述YAG激光晶体材料消光比和侧向散射系数测量的同时,提出了前向散射系数的测量、计算和处理方法。介绍了利用微机进行数据采集、统一处理,给出上述诸参数测量结果的自动化测量手段。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the measuring, calculating and processing methods of forward scatsering coefficient are put forward, while the measurement of exfinction ration and aideward scattering coefficient of YAG laser crystal are summarised. Additionally utomatically measuring methods, which use microcomputer to carry out data collectionand integrated data processing and to give the measuring results of above parameters, are introduced. |
