| Abstract: | Transmission intensity ratio method is introduced here. In this method a calibration curve has been made by the ratio of plating element intensity to transmission intensity of substracte element with the weight of plating elements in overlaying layer. This method has been used to determine the compositions of metal plating with middle and variable thickness successfully. |
