摘    要:研究了紫外光激发下,(LaO)3BO3基质中Eu^3+和Sm^3+的光谱性质,Eu^3+和Sm^3+的电荷迁移激发带及发光强度随组成和结构变化的规律性,并探讨了Eu^3+和Sm^3+自身浓度猝灭的机理。

Abstract:The Eu3+ and Sm3+-doped (LaO)3BO3 have been synthesized with solid state reaction. With the increase of Eu3+ doping level, the charge transfer excitation band (CTB) of Eu3+shifts to shorter wavelength and the red-to-orange intensity ratio I(5D,-7F2)/I(5D0-7F1) of Eu3+emission exhibits a convex behavior with a maximun at about xEu= 0. 2. In comparison with the X-ray diffraction patterns of these materials, it has been concluded that these phenomena are mainly due to the effect of structure distortion. The concentration dependence of the luminescence intensity of Eu3+ and Sm3+ in this material has also been studied and could be explained as an exchange interaction for Eu3+ and dipole-quadrupole interacnon for Sm3+ respectively.
