The inhomogeneous wave equation for determining the previously experimentally detected change in the radiation phase in an accelerated cavity with stationary content is studied. It is shown that the radiation phase is independent of a homogeneous medium filling the accelerated cavity with unchanged phase structure. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence of nontrivial solutions of the equation are discussed. |
