摘    要:建立了ICP-AES直接测定TZM合金中钛和锆的分析方法.采用基体匹配法消除基体干扰,对实验条件进行了优化.实验结果表明:回收率为96.33%-110.00%,RSD(n=5)均小于2.0%.本法简便、快速、准确度高.

Abstract:A new analysis method for the determination of titanium and zirconium in TZM alloy was established by ICP-AES.Interferences were eliminated by the matrix matching method,and the experimental conditions were optimized.The recovery was in the range of 96.33%—110.00% with RSD(n=5) less than 2.0%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
