湿天然气中乙烷氧化脱氢:添加水蒸气对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响

摘    要:在Mn2O3/SiO2催化剂上添加水蒸气对湿天然气中乙烷氧化脱氢的活性与稳定性进行了考察,结果表明:水蒸气量对催化剂活性影响不大,对催化剂上析炭有明显抑制作用。催化剂寿命实验连续运转200h,乙烯选择性仍保持在75%,乙烯收率保持在40%。催化剂上仅有轻微结炭,催化剂强度好无粉化现象。用比表面仪、XPS和XRD对实验前后的催化剂进行了对比分析。结果表明,催化剂具有良好的物相结构稳定性,因此具有较好的工业应用前景

Abstract:The effect of steam addition on activity and stability of Mn2O3/SiO2 catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane in wet natural gas have been studied The results showed that the addition of steam had no influence on the catalyst activity, but can depress carbon deposition on the catalyst The life time test for 200h showed the selectivity of 70% and stable yield of ethylene of 40% respectively The catalyst has better mechanical strength The phase structure and property of catalyst before and after reaction was analyzed by XPS and XRD
