摘    要:生物矿化材料一般由95%的无机物和5%的有机质组成,具有普通无机材料无可比拟的力学性能、光泽及特殊功能,这些特性源于细胞的调控和有生物活性的有机高分子对无机物结晶和形貌的精确控制.本文综述了甲壳素及其衍生物壳聚糖在生物矿化领域(生物体内和体外模拟)的作用研究进展.

Abstract:Bio-minerals are generally composed of 95% inorganic salts and 5% organic matrix.Compared to natural minerals,bio-minerals have superior mechanical properties,beautiful colors,special bio-functions,and so on.All of the above characteristics originate from the precise controlling-effects of cells and bioactive macromolecules on the crystallization behavior and minerals morphologies.This review introduces the research progress on the effect of chitin and chitosan on the mineralization process of bio-minerals and bio-mimic materials.
