摘    要:K2NiF4型结构类钙钛矿材料是一类具有广阔发展前景的中温固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料。本文采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐法制备PrSrCoO4材料,采用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM和XPS等对样品进行了表征分析。并分别考察了焙烧温度、柠檬酸的用量、pH等因素对所制备样品的物相、形貌等的影响。结果表明:在焙烧成相温度1000℃、pH=7和金属离子与柠檬酸的摩尔比为1:1.5的调控工艺条件下,所制备的样品为K2NiF4型结构的纯相类钙钛矿复合氧化物。此外,XPS谱分峰拟合结果表明,样品中Co离子平均价态和非化学计量氧含量(δ)分别为3.1414和0.0707。晶体结构精修结果表明样品为四方相,空间群为I4/mmm。

Abstract:The perovskite-like materials with K2NiF4 type structure could be a promising cathode for intermidate temperature solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs).In this paper,PrSrCoO4 materials was prepared by citric acid-nitrate method,and characterized by TG-DSC,XRD,SEM,and XPS.Meanwhile,the effect of calcinating temperature,amount of citric acid and pH value on the prepared samples was investigated,respectively.The results show that the prepared sample is a pure perovskite-like complex oxides with K 2NiF 4-type structure,under the control process conditions of the calcinating temperature of 1000℃,pH=7 and a molar ratio of metal ions to citric acid of 1∶1.5.Furthermore,the results of XPS spectrum peak fitting show that the average valence state of Co cation in sample and the amount of non-stoichiometric oxygen are 3.1414 and 0.0707,respectively.The result of crystal structure refinement shows that the sample is tetragonal structure and the space group is I4/mmm.
