| Abstract: | The similarity and difference between the Fresnel problem, i.e., the problem of electromagnetic wave reflection and refraction, including that at the Brewster angle, and the problem of surface electromagnetic wave (SEW) excitation on a plane surface of a conducting medium is studied. |
