| 摘 要： | 研究了应用全谱直读ICP-AES法同时测定钛合金中的铝、钼、铁、硅、钨、锡和锆.主要进行了多元素同时测定的分析线选定及干扰元素分析, 进行了酸度试验、回收率试验、精密度试验、内标元素等试验, 试验结果表明,方法快速、准确.

| Abstract: | A new method was studied for the determination of Al, Mo, Fe, Si, W, Sn and Zr in titanium alloys by ICP-AES. The choice of spectral lines, the interference effects on the analysis are emphatically studied. The experiments of acid effect, recovery, precision, interior-standard were carried out. The results show that the method is accurate and rapid. |
