Formation of approximate domains for nth order differential equations governing wave propagation |

| Abstract: | In order to clarify the two-region approximation governing the propagation of electromagnetic waves in an anisotropic ionized medium, the analysis is generalized to embrace nth order differential equations, thereby enabling the salient features behind the approximation to be isolated and investigated. |
