| Abstract: | Although computer programming in the structure design can reduce the work load of engineers greatly,it can never replace an engineer and his knowledge on the structure design concepts.No matter how good the computer and the programme are he still can not guarantee that the structure he designs is economical and safe unless he has comprehensive knowledge on structure designing concepts and has studied the programme well,and has to be an experienced engineer. |
