| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法对胆结石病人和胃癌病人血清中微量元素进行测定。结果表明:胆结石病人Al、Ca、Zn与正常人群有显著性差异,胃癌病人Cu、Zn、Cr、Se与正常人群有显著性差异。加标回收率在95.33%—105.00%之间,相对标准偏差均小于0.32%,该方法简便、快速、线性范围宽、测量稳定,为血液中微量元素的测定提供了有利的依据。 |

| Abstract: | The trace elements in serum of gallstone patients and stomach cancer patients were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry with microwave digestion.The trace elements of Al,Ca,Zn had several significant differences in serum of gallstone patients and normal human.The trace elements of Cu,Zn,Cr,Se had several significant differences in serum of stomach cancer patients and normal human.The relative standard deviation is less than 0.32%.The recovery is 95.33%—105.00%。This method is simple,rapid and stable in the determination of trace elements in the blood,and provides favorable basis. |
