摘    要:在荧光分光光度计的激发和发射光路中分别置入偏振互为垂直的偏振片,能有效地抑制同步扫描过程中散射光的影响。建立了(艹屈)蒽和苝的同时偏振-同步荧光分析法,其检出限改善3.9倍,相对标准偏差小于3.1%。

Abstract:This work is performed on a spectrofluorimeter, which is equipped with two vertical polarizers in both the excitation and the emission light paths. The use of this technique can effectively suppress the effect of scattered light during synchronous scanning. A new method of polarization synchronous spectrofluorimetry for the simultaneous determination of chrysene, anthracene and perylene is described. The detection limit is nearly a fourfold decrease. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.1%.
