摘    要:建立了ICP-MS直接测定高纯钛中Be,V,Co,Ni,Ga,Mo,Nb,Cd,Sb,TI,Pb的分析方法,并对ICP-MS工作参数及条件进行了优化和选择.高纯钛用HF与HNO3溶解后加入Sc、Cs、Re内标,用ICP-MS直接检测.方法的检出限为0.03~0.1 ng/mL,测定下限为0.2~0.5 ng/mL,各元...

Abstract:A new method for the determination of trace amounts of elements Be,V,Co,Ni,Ga,Mo,Nb,Cd,Sb,Tl,Pb in high-purity titanium by ICP-MS was developed.ICP-MS operating parameters and conditions were optimized and selected.Titanium samples were digested with HF and HNO3.The solution was detected directly by ICP-MS with Sc,Cs and Re as internal standard.Detection limit and minimum limit of determination of the method were 0.03~0.1ng/mL and 0.2~0.5ng/mL,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 92.5% to 117%.Using the ...
