Improved bounds for the elastic moduli of perfectly-random composites |

| Abstract: | New upper and lower bounds are constructed for the elastic moduli of a class of isotropic composites with perfectly-random microgeometries ([1–3]), which improve upon the bounds on the elastic shear modulus given in [1]. |
