| Abstract: | In this paper, we consider the complete lattice Q(L) of all quotients of a complete Boolean algebra L. We show that Q(L) is a complete Boolean algebra for a complete Boolean algebra L by establishing an isomorphism between the set Q′(L) of all q-sets of L and Q(L). Some characterizations of the quotients of a complete Boolean algebra L and some properties of the category of complete Boolean algebras are obtained. |
