Abstract:New transportation : New thiophene‐based semiconductors have been produced and studied by electrochemistry, various spectroscopic methods, and structural and morphological techniques in conjunction with model chemistry. Their electrical properties have been analyzed by implementation in field‐effect transistor devices (see figure).
