摘    要:根据费米-狄拉克统计,本文推导出了一个光电效应中光电流作为阴、阳极电压的函数关系.应用本文所提供的函数所得计算结果同实验结果非常好地符合.其次,建立了入射光强对光电流贡献的数学表现,最后,从数学上得到了入射光频率与光电流的关系,从而能够预测光电流.

Abstract:Based on the Fermi-Dirac distribution, a typical numerical method to calculate photoelectric current by voltage between anode and cathode in vacuum is developed. The results of simulations agree very well with the observed curves consisting of photoelectric current and voltage. Then, the contribution of intensity of incident light to photoelectric current is obtained mathematically. Finally, the wavelength of incident light is related to photoelectric current theoretically. Hence, photoelectric current can be predicted.
