Abstract:Aptamers are oligonucleotide sequences selected by exponential enrichment ligand system evolution techniques(SELEX),which can bind to multiple target substances with high specificity and selectivity.Aptamers have been used as recognition probes because of their advantages of simple synthesis,high stability,diverse design,convenient modification and low cost.In combination with different transduction techniques,various types of aptamer sensors have been constructed,and the performance of aptamer sensors has been improved with the help of the unique optical and electrical properties of nanomaterials.Thrombin is a multifunctional serine protease,which is a major stimulant for procoagulant and anticoagulant and plays an important role in vascular injury and various pathological activities such as,thrombotic diseases,atherosclerosis and tumors.Therefore,it is necessary to develop effective methods for highly selective and specific detection of thrombin.The application of aptamer sensors based on fluorescence,colorimetric,electrochemiluminescence,electrochemical,surface enhanced Raman scattering and nucleic acid amplification in thrombin detection is reviewed.
