摘    要:
运用超临界流体萃取方法和气相色谱/质谱法联用,成功地测定了三种中国茶叶中咖啡因的含量。方法简便,灵敏度高,测定速度快。平均回收率为98.1%。

Abstract:
rapid and simple supercritical fluid extraction procedure has been developed for the isolation of caffeinefrom Chinese tea. The caffeine was assayed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,The relative stan-dard deviations for the determination of three kinds of Chinese tea were 2.19%,2.20%,2.53%respectivelyand the recovery of caffeine was 98.1%. The SFE method is simple,accurate, reproducible and suitable forroutine analysis of tea and other caffeine products.
