ZnS:Mn.Cu粉末直流电致发光(DCEL)屏的光电导特性

摘    要:本文首次研究了DCEL屏的光电导特性,结果表明,Zn:Mn.Cu粉末DCEL屏的光电导特性主要是由于DCEL屏形成过程中,因Cu+离子迁移而在发光区(或乏铜区)的ZnS颗粒表面形成的表面电子陷阱能级被激发所致。

Abstract:It has been reported1] that in the forming process of powder ZnS:Mn, Cu DCEL panels, some surface electron-trap levels (ΔEt1 =0.64ev, ΔEt3 =0.89ev…) win appear on the surface of ZnS particles, owing to oxygen tons (O- &; O2-) absorption. In this paper, photo conductance, phenomenon is firstly reported and some preliminary studies been done.From lots of experimental facts, it can be concluded that the photoconductance phenomenon is mainly caused by the electrons in ZnS surface electron-traps, excited into conduction band, and get enough energy within the electric field to overcome the electron affinity leaving ZnS surface becoming conductant free electrons.
