| Abstract: | A stratified model of the circulation in a deep, narrow trench adjacent to a coast is described. The flow in the trench is driven by surface wind stress, coastal runoff and inflow at one end. The model is being developed to investigate the Norwegian coastal current flowing through the Norwegian Trench. |
