| 摘 要： | 城市社区卫生服务是城镇医药卫生体制改革的重要课题．本研究以国家关于卫生改革新神为指导，以宁波市城区为研究对象，在几年成功的实践探索和大量的工作基础上，提出城市社区卫生服务基本模式，即6大体系建设：政策管理体系、服务网络体系、工作运行体系、教育培养体系、评价体系和信息管理体系．

| Abstract: | The health service for urban communities is an important subject of the system reform of urban medical and health service. This research takes Ningbo city as its object, guided by our country' s policy on die system reform of urban medical and health service, Based on several years' successful practice, exploration and massive work, it has been studied and revealed that a basic pattern of the health service for urban communities is the construction of six systems: (1)the administration policy system, (2)the service network system, (3)the work operation system, (4)the technical personnel training system,(5)the work evaluation system and (6)the information management system. |
