摘    要:用XPS表征浸渍法制备的Ni-Ce/Al2O3催化剂,并与活性评价结果相关联,研究了添加Ce对催化剂性能的影响,探讨了催化剂失活的原因。结果表明,稀土Ce在反应过程中存在着部分还原变价过程(Ce^4 e→Ce^2 ),Ce^3 能够迁移至A12O3晶格,增强载体Al2O3的抗烧结能力,提高催化剂的稳定性;Ni-Ce/Al2O3催化剂表面的Ni和Ce在反应过程中向体相迁移,以及Ni晶粒的烧结是造成催化剂活性逐步下降的主要原因。

Abstract:The catalytic activity of Ni/Al 2O 3 and Ni-Ce/Al 2O 3 for reforming into syngas of methane,carbon dioxide and oxygen was investigated in a fixed bed continuous-flow quartz reactor by using XPS.The Ni-Ce/Al 2O 3 catalyst exhibits higher reactive stability than Ni/Al 2O 3.XPS measurement suggested that during the pretreatment and reaction,the reduction of Ce 4+ to Ce 3+ can improve the thermal stability of Ni-Ce/Al 2O 3 in the presence of vapor,and prolong the life time.On the other hand,Ni and Ce located on the surface of Ni-Ce/Al 2O 3 catalyst gradually migrates into the body phase during the reaction,and results in the decrease of the surface concentration of Ni and Ce.The loss and sintering of Ni at higher temperature on the surface of Ni-Ce/Al 2O 3 are responsible for the decrease of the catalyst activity.
