微波消解ICP-AES测定活血化瘀中药中的微量元素

摘    要:建立了微波消解电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定活血化瘀中药中微量元素含量的方法,并采用该法测定了20种活血化瘀中药中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、As、Cd和Pb等微量元素的含量。该方法的加标回收率为90.0%—106.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值小于5.06%。实验结果表明,活血化瘀中药中Fe含量较高,重金属Pb和Cd污染较为严重,As含量普遍较低,中药五灵脂中重金属含量最高。

Abstract:A method for the analysis of trace elements in blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs was studied by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.The contents of trace elements such as Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni,As,Cd and Pb were determined in 20 kinds of Blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs.The addition recoveries were between 90.0% and 106.0%,and the relative standard deviation was lower than 5.06%.The results showed that the content of Fe was relative higher in blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs.The contaminations of heavy metals Pb and Cd were heavier than others,while the content of As was relative low,and trogopterus dung had the highest content of heavy metals.
