| Abstract: | Adsorptive resin was used to extract syringin from Acanthopanax senticosus, and the content of syringin was assayed by HPLC. Some factors affecting the extraction efficiency such as resin type, resin amount, eluent type, eluent flow rate and amount were examined. The optimal purification condition was selected. |
